Thankful for the Squeaky Wheel

Insurance Debacle? Handled.

I asked for the Senior Representative… who seemed miffed that I asked for him first… and it all got fixed. I waited on the line until he said every claim had been sent for reprocessing. The games they play. Total B.S. I didn’t even have to threaten to contact the Insurance Commissioner. If I have any further issues I will be asking for James at Aetna, my Senior Representative, who doesn’t want conflict, especially from THIS pissed off Woman.

Thanks for all the love and encouragement, people! Sometimes it does work out that the squeaky wheel gets the grease. I will squeak ’til I get what I want.
